Hotel Lobby TikTok Trend: Quavo & Takeoff’s COLORS Clip, AI Memes, and the Takeoff Likeness Debate

Image
Official still. COLORS Studios / Motown × COLORS. Source: the COLORS YouTube upload of Quavo & Takeoff, HOTEL LOBBY. Scroll TikTok or X in September 2026 and the orange booth shows up twice. Once with Quavo and Takeoff. Once with two cats, two presidents, or a Breaking Bad pair mouthing the same bars. Faces swap out. The mic pass, the choreography, and the “Hotel Lobby” audio stay. That mismatch — dad energy versus the world’s biggest hip-hop festival — is the whole pitch for Rolling Loud: The Movie , the Live Nation Studios comedy chasing a wide theatrical release this fall. One clarifying note on the name: Ketchup Entertainment’s film page lists it as Rolling Loud . Trailers and marketing lean Rolling Loud: The Movie . Same project. Why it’s on the Wire Festival brands rarely graduate into studio comedies with Owen Wilson out front and Travis Scott talking about a panicked dad on camera. This one did. It...
